For temperature comparison calibrations, PTC Metrology® uses primarily Hart Scientific baths, blocks and a Hart furnace. We use several different techniques to minimize uncertainties while maximizing efficiency to keep the costs as low as possible without compromising quality. PTC Metrology is the laboratory of choice for many of our customers because they know that they can depend on us for correct, complete, and on-time calibrations at reasonable prices.
PTC Metrology® uses different temperature sources over a wide range to provide the highest quality and reliability on all of its calibration certificates. The temperature sources for calibration are listed in the table below.
