Customer's Specified Temperature Points (A2LA Accredited Certification)

This certification will contain the as before and after calibration results of the UUT at the point(s) selected by the customer. The points may be selected from the chart below. In addition to the readings, certification will include laboratory conditions, information on the primary standards and a statement of uncertainty. Cost of the certification will depend on which temperature points the customer chooses. To assist you in selecting temperature points, please refer to ASTME-77 and NIST recommendations. Minimum charge for customer selected temperature points is $65.00 per instrument. Please note that certification prices do not include any labor, adjustments, repairs or parts.

NIST Traceable Certification 3 Logged Temperature Points

This certification will satisfy most quality requirements by providing NIST traceable as received and as returned calibration results of the UUT (unit under test ) . The calibration points will be of PTC's choice and will include three points across the UUT's scale. In addition to the readings, certifications will include laboratory conditions, and information on the measurement and test equipment used for calibration. Price $95.00 per instrument.

Basic Certification NIST Traceable (non A2LA) - without logged points

This certification is best for customer's needing only calibration traceability to NIST without the added cost of logging the calibration results, A2LA accredited certification or meeting the requirements of ISO guide 17025. Although no specific points will be logged, UUT's referred to will be calibrated at three or more points over the UUT's range. Up to five instruments of the same model and range can be listed on the certification for the basic price. Additional units above quantity of five can be added for a nominal fee. This certification will not list any adjustments or out of tolerance conditions and only applies to bimetal surface thermometers manufactured by PTC Instruments. Series 310, 314, 484, 486, 570 and 675.

Price: $65.00 (up to 5 instruments of the same model and range). Certification prices do not include labor, adjustment, repairs, or replacement parts. $7.00 for each additional instrument above quantity of five.
